What you will be doing
You will work closely with partners and (senior) colleagues specializing in mobility and transporation. You will get to work on projects which have a significant impact on society the environment and the economy. You will also have considerable autonomy in your responsibilities and will become an integral part of Roland Bergers expanding practice. By working closely with senior leadership at leading and well-known companies in the mobility industry you play a direct role in shaping the direction of these organizations and by extension have an impact on the future of mobility.

As a Senior Consultant / Project Manager at Roland Berger you will:
- Take the lead for modules in larger projects and complete project management of smaller projects (typically leading three to five consultants).
- Have direct client contact and lead presentations during client meetings.
- Coach and develop the consultants in your project teams.
- Work closely with industry experts at Roland Berger.
- Contribute to Roland Bergers knowledge development by capturing insights and drawing lessons from client work.
- Participate in office-wide projects (e.g. in-depth studies on current topics) that further develop Roland Berger or its thinking in a specific area or sector.
- Take an active role in business development efforts.

Our requirements
- You have completed an academic university education (i.e. WO).
- You have between four and seven years of experience in strategy and/or management consulting or in strategic and/or operational roles at a large company or in the public sector. Having prior involvement in mobility is a requirement.
- You have technical affinity and commercial insight.
- You can think analytically and structure arguments clearly.
- You work with precision.
- You are open-minded.
- You have experience managing others and delegating work to more junior team members.
- You are familiar with/experienced in (financial) modeling (Excel) visualizing presentations (PowerPoint) and storytelling.
- You have good oral written and presentation skills and an excellent command of the English language.
