Are you a dynamic results-driven channel sales with a passion for accelerating business growth and building high-impact partnerships Do you thrive on developing strategic alliances with channel partners resellers and distributors that drive measurable revenue growth If so Zoho is looking for a strategic and commercially minded Channel Partner Manager to expand our regional this role you will design and execute channel sales strategies identify and onboard new partners and lead collaborative go-to-market initiatives that strengthen market presence and deliver sustainable growth.

We are seeking someone with proven experience in channel or indirect sales models strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and the ability to translate strategy into execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Zoho and its channel partners building maintaining and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners for the assigned territory.
- Play a vital role in the revenue growth of Zohos channel partner organisations and serving as the key point of contact for channel partners distributing Zohos sales and technical resources to help partners grow revenue.
- Understand the partners business; helping to overcome any pain points in selling and implementation.
- Provide responses to Partners inquiries; troubleshooting support issues.
- Track business goals and revenue metrics for each partner.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of channel sales principles combined with a genuine passion for technology.
- Able to demonstrate a proactive desire to learn continuously deeply understand partner needs and deliver effective solution-oriented outcomes that drive mutual success.
- Sales experience with cloud business software coming from an international setup is highly preferred.
- Candidates with excellent verbal and communication skills would be prioritised; this role involves daily video calls meetings and following up with partners and internal stakeholders on a variety of topics.
- Proven experience in channel sales within the Benelux region working directly with Benelux partners.
- Fluency in English in combination with Dutch is mandatory for this role.
- Due to travel requirements domestically and internationally ideally all candidates shall hold a valid drivers license and have the legal right to live work and travel freely across the EU.
