Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) to join the WNS BPET team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in process excellence a strong track record in leading and mentoring Six Sigma projects across various domains and proven expertise in delivering impactful Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts training programs. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence mentoring Black Belts and Green Belts and shaping the continuous improvement culture across Black Belts and Green Belts and shaping the continuous improvement culture across Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Mentorship:a) Lead enterprise-level Six Sigma initiatives and mentor project teams across different domains (BFSI Healthcare Travel Retail etc.).b) Guide and coach Green Belts Black Belts and business teams on project selection scoping execution and sustainability. Training & Capability Building:a) Design develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs (GB BB and MBB levels).b) Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement across the organization. Project Governance & Results Delivery:a) Ensure Six Sigma projects align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes in cost reduction quality improvement and customer satisfaction.b) Track review and report on project progress benefits realization and adherence to methodologies. Process Excellence Thought Leadership:a) Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on Lean Six Sigma and quality methodologies.b) Stay current with industry trends tools and practices to continuously enhance WNSs BPET capabilities Project Governance & Results Delivery:a) Ensure Six Sigma projects align with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes in cost reduction quality improvement and customer satisfaction.b) Track review and report on project progress benefits realization and adherence to methodologies.
Qualifications :
Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (from ASQ IASSC ISI or any recognized body). Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG / MBA (Preferred) Work Experience with hands on in Six Sigma Lean and Process Excellence across different domains (BFSI Healthcare Travel Retail etc.). Proven track record of leading executing and mentoring high-impact process improvement projects in various domains. Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills for Green Belt and Black Belt programs. Strong understanding of requirements compliance and risk management. Proficiency in statistical analysis through Minitab and MS Excel. Exceptional communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
