Job Summary
| Job Purpose | Outsourcing compliance audits for all departments within BFL. Adherence to RBI regulations on outsourcing. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | 1. Learning Strategy & Program Development Design and implement effective learning strategies aligned with organizational goals. Develop structured learning roadmaps for employees. 2. Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person). Ensure smooth execution of learning interventions across teams. 3. Project Management (PMO) Handle end-to-end project lifecycle: BRD preparation test case writing UAT coordination and stakeholder management. Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery. 4. Data Management & Reporting Maintain accurate training and project data. Prepare dashboards and MIS reports as per business requirements. 5. Learning Methods & Innovation Implement blended learning approaches (e-learning classroom micro-learning). Explore new tools and platforms for content delivery. 6. Performance Assessment & Compliance Monitor completion rates of learning programs and ensure compliance. Evaluate effectiveness of development plans and recommend improvements. 7. Content Creation & Design Develop engaging learning content using tools like Vyond Canva. Create interactive modules and visual aids for better learner engagement. |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | Experience: 45 years in Learning & Development / Training roles (current or past). Strong knowledge of modern L&D methodologies and practices. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build rapport and influence across teams. Creative skills in content design using tools like Vyond Canva. Project management experience with BRD UAT and dashboard reporting. |
