BIM Coordinator MEPF

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Coordinator MEPF (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing and Fire Protection) to join our team in Gurugram this role you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for MEPF systems in construction projects.

• Develop and maintain BIM models for MEPF systems using industry-standard software
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate integration of MEPF systems in the overall building model
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and address conflicts between different building systems
• Generate reports and documentation to support project teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to optimize MEPF designs and improve constructability
• Ensure compliance with building codes standards and project specifications
• Participate in project meetings and provide BIM expertise to support decision-making processes
• Develop and implement BIM standards and best practices for MEPF coordination
• Train and mentor team members on BIM tools and processes

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination preferably in MEPF systems
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems and construction processes
• Excellent 3D modeling and coordination skills
• Experience in clash detection and resolution
• Understanding of building codes and standards related to MEPF systems
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and project management
• BIM certification (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
