Interns to M&A Transaction Services (Stockholm) Fall 2026

InM&A Transaction Serviceswe help our clients with financial due diligence in connection to acquisition or sale of companies. Our work includes financial analysis of historical trading and balance sheets and to assess consistency in forecasts compared to historical trends order books and other known factors to get the best possible basis for valuing a business. Our work supports a buyer with relevant knowledge to make a valuation of a business and to understand operational and financial assets and liabilities as well as other risks to be considered in a transaction. Our clients include both domestic and international private equity firms and strategic corporates. 

For our M&A Transaction Services department we are looking for students for an approximately 4-month internship starting in August 2026. 

The internship gives you the opportunity to work as an Analyst together with employees from M&A Transaction Services. The tasks include reviewing financial statements analyzing historical trends risks to the business as well as providing commercial insights. The work involves both customer work and internal business development projects. 

Qualifications :

We are looking for individuals who: 

• Studying business with a focus on accounting and/or finance or other relevant fields of study who will graduate with a degree in 2027
• Are interested in financial analysis and motivated to understand business dynamics

• Communicate effectively in English and preferably a Scandinavian language

• Enjoy working collaboratively and are motivated to learn and grow in a supportive environment

• Approach challenges with a positive and flexible mindset managing deadlines constructively

Furthermore we appreciate if you have: 

• Extracurricular activities such as work been active in student unions or similar next to your studies
• Are proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint 

• An interest in marketing activities and sales work
