Senior Functional NetSuite Expert (Stockholm)

You will become a key member of our Emerging ERP Solutions - Team NetSuite which focuses on enabling clients to maximize the value of their NetSuite solution through comprehensive advisory implementation and operate services. We work side by side with our clients to execute their vision and build sustainable capabilities by combining deep process expertise with technical excellence.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Functional NetSuite Consultant you will lead and contribute to exciting advisory implementation and operate projects across the full spectrum of finance processes. You will be expected to apply your comprehensive knowledge of NetSuite and enterprise finance processes to support advise and mentor clients and junior team members on their NetSuite journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Process Design & Advisory: Guiding clients through structured decision-making processes to design and optimize their Record-to-Report (R2R) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes within NetSuite aligned with their business strategy and transformation objectives.
• Implementation Leadership: Leading or significantly contributing to all phases of NetSuite implementations including discovery requirement gathering functional design and configuration testing training and go-live support.
• Data Migration Expertise: Designing and overseeing data migration strategies and execution ensuring data integrity completeness and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Project Management: Applying strong project management discipline to deliverables managing timelines scope resources and stakeholder expectations. Mentoring junior team members on project execution best practices.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicating with diverse stakeholdersfrom C-level finance leaders to operational teamsto gather requirements manage expectations and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
• Change Management: Supporting clients in managing organizational change developing training materials and ensuring smooth transition to new NetSuite-enabled processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Assessing clients existing NetSuite configurations and processes identifying optimization opportunities and recommending enhancements to maximize system value.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Coaching and developing junior consultants sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment on our continuous growth journey.

Qualifications :

We believe the following qualifications will prove a strong foundation for your success in this role:

Required Experience & Skills

• Seniority Level: Proven track record of leading functional teams and managing complex client engagements.
• NetSuite Expertise: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementations and functional advisory. Deep expertise in at least two of the following process domains:
  • Record-to-Report (R2R) including GL consolidation period-end close financial reporting
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) including procurement accounts payable supplier management
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) including sales orders billing revenue recognition accounts receivable
• Data Migration: Demonstrated experience advising and executing data migration strategies including data mapping cleansing validation and reconciliation.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills. Familiarity with structured project methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid approaches).
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to communicate with and influence diverse stakeholders from C-level executives to operational teams.
• Consulting Mindset: Experience working as a consultant or strong desire and matching personal attributes to develop this skillset. Ability to understand client business models identify improvement opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Education: Relevant graduate or masters degree in Business Administration Finance IT or related discipline.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Swedish Norwegian or Danish is a strong advantage.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite certifications (NetSuite Administrator NetSuite ERP Consultant or similar).
• Background in finance operations controlling or accounting.
• Experience with other ERP systems (E.g. IFS Oracle Microsoft SAP) or enterprise software implementations.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation tools and processes.
• Experience with change management methodologies and organizational transformation.
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware solutions.
