YourKeyResponsibilities

Responsible for scheduling and leading status meetings requirements gathering sessions and other ad hoc meetings.
Developprojectscopesobjectivesandprojecttimelineinvolvingallrelevantstakeholdersandensuringtechnicalfeasibility.
DocumentingbusinessrequirementsprocessesandworkflowsbuildingdatamappingtemplateanddatavisualizationfortheClienttounderstandthecompleteflowoftheintegration.
SupportthedeploymentadoptionandscalingofsolutionsdevelopedfortheClient.
Coordinate internal technical consultants and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Identify upsell opportunities during the integration projects and draft Change Requests for approval.

CEGEPorCollegeDiplomaequivalentinComputerScienceInformationTechnologyBusinessAdministrationandManagement;oracloselyrelatedfieldand2-3yearsofjob-relatedexperienceinaninformationtechnologyenvironmentfocusedonHRsystems.
Demonstratedexperienceinmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslythatoftenhavecompetingtimelinesanddeadlineswithinbudgetandprojectscope
Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsaswellaspresentationskills.
AproventrackrecordinClientengagementanddemonstratedexceptionaldeliveryandproblem-solvingskills.
StrongbackgroundingatheringbusinessrequirementsanddevelopmentofdatamapsforintegrationsincludingOracleHCM.
Demonstratedexperienceinthedevelopmentofprojectplanstomanageresourceswithinbudgetandprojectscope.
