The Position
1. Aspire系统上线全周期支持 (GMP生产运营中ITOT领域)
- 主数据治理 配合 ITOT 流程负责人SME进行系统上线前的数据清理分类与核对确保主数据的准确性
- 流程文档编制 协助起草和修订系统操作相关的标准作业程序SOP及技术文档
- 培训组织 协助组织针对终端用户的系统操作培训准备培训材料并收集反馈
- 技术支持与调查 参与系统上线后的初期支持协助 SME 收集 ITOT 相关的系统偏差故障数据并参与初步调查
2. GMP 质量管理与技术支持 (GMP生产运营中质量合规领域)
- 偏差与变更管理 在 SME 指导下协助收集 GMP 偏差Deviation和变更Change Control相关的背景数据和证明文件
- 质量文档整理 负责 GMP 流程相关文件的更新归档及版本控制确保符合合规性审计要求
- 现场调查支持 参与生产设备或工艺偏差的现场调研协助收集故障相关的运行参数和物料数据并整理成报告草案
任职资格要求
教育背景
- 本科或研究生在读制药生物工程自动化信息技术工业工程或相关专业背景优先
技能要求
- 熟练使用 Office 办公软件尤其是 Excel 的数据处理能力
- 具备良好的文档撰写能力逻辑清晰
- 对数字化系统如 ERP MES 等有浓厚兴趣或初步了解
素质要求
- 细致严谨 由于涉及 GMP 合规和系统主数据需具备高度的细心和责任感
- 沟通协作 具备跨部门沟通的主动性能与不同职能的 SME 高效配合
- 快速学习 能够快速理解复杂的业务流程和合规要求
时间要求
- 每周至少出勤 3-4 天实习期 6 个月以上者优先
