由生产经理进行资格评估和授权Qualification assessment and authorization by Operation Manager.

主要责任 Key Responsibilities

跟踪在制品制定生产计划Track WIP and schedule production plan.

跟踪在制品日常报告Track WIP daily report.

职责 Duties

监测OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP并采取相关的协调措施

Monitor TAT/OTD/OTTR and take relevant coordination actions.

整理相关报表监控生产相关数据和指标

Prepare related reports and monitor production related data and index.

根据生产需要调整班次和安排加班

Adjust shift and arrange overtime per production needed.

协调仓库物料的发放满足生产需要

Coordinate material issuing from inventory store to meet production request.

与车间和各职能部门协调采取措施改进OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP等绩效指标

Coordinate workshop with related departments take actions improve performance of OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP.

按上级领导的要求定期整理分析和报告有关OTTR/TAT/Past due/WIP等方面的生产情况

Regularly collate analyze and report OTTR / TAT / Past Due / WIP production as requested by superior leader.

完成上级领导交办的其他工作

Perform other work assigned by superior leader.
