Job Summary
The City of Sioux Falls Public Works Department Street/Fleet Division is accepting applications for a Vehicle/Equipment Service Worker. This is a part-time non-benefitted position involving up to 28 hours per week. Duties may include but are not limited to perform skilled service and maintenance duties including tire repair greasing lubricating fuel truck deliveries and daily servicing of City vehicles automotive equipment truck and/or heavy construction equipment. Perform semi-skilled mechanical duties including the general repair maintenance and safety inspection of gasoline diesel automotive and heavy equipment used by City departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
Applicants should have relevant education and/or experience. Steel-toed boots and work uniforms will be provided. Hours for the position are flexible Monday Friday.
