Were Looking For a Technical Project Manager
Were searching for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing this role youll be at the intersection of business goals and technical execution helping us build high-impact digital products from scratch in short focused delivery cycles.
At Darwoft TPMs are much more than task trackers. Theyre facilitators decision-makers and strategic partners in product creation.
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs in alignment with business needs
- Track technical deliveries using Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to foster a collaborative culture
- Coordinate production releases with the engineering team
- Maintain and communicate product roadmaps aligned with client objectives
- Monitor project KPIs including cost scope timing and quality
- Create and present clear concise reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience managing software development projects
- Strong knowledge or certification in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master etc.)
- Solid understanding of technical concepts architecture and development workflows
- Intermediate-advanced English skills (B2 or above) both spoken and written
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Empathetic leadership and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams with clarity and warmth
