Job Summary
We are looking for an Italian-Speaking Reservations Agent to join a dynamic international team. This role combines customer service and sales offering long-term stability full training and clear growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
As a Reservations Agent you will be the first point of contact for customers managing inquiries and supporting reservations while ensuring a smooth and professional booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and inquiries and convert them into confirmed reservationsDeliver high-quality customer support and manage on-request bookings
Meet performance and quality targets
Resolve customer complaints in a professional and proactive manner
Provide feedback and market insights to support service improvements
Support other markets when required by handling cross-market calls
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team members
Requirements

Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word Excel)

Typing speed of at least 25 WPM

Team-oriented reliable and proactive attitude
Work Schedule & Contract

Flexible shifts Monday to Sunday (07:0019:00)

Shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours
