What Youll Be Doing

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening shortlisting coordinating with clients and closing hires
Execute strategic headhunting for niche and volume roles
Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple international markets
Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to deliver consistent placement success
Meet performance targets in a high-velocity fully remote environment

Must-Haves

At least 3 years of headhunting and/or volume hiring experience
Candidates with 3 years of recruitment experience or fresh graduates from top state universities with Latin honors are encouraged to apply.
Clear and excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Willing to work US Eastern Time hours
Amenable to attend quarterly company/team gatherings
Stable internet connection and working laptop
