Responsibilities
- Provide daytoday operational support for the environmental compliance IT solution ensuring system stability timely issue resolution and continuous functionality in a Run-state environment.
- Investigate and troubleshoot defects perform rootcause analysis and accurately route issues to the appropriate shared services teams (e.g. Kafka BigQuery Apigee Looker SSO connectors).
- Serve as a primary liaison across IT teams mediating discussions clarifying roles and coordinating resolution efforts for cross-functional technical issues.
- Maintain proactive communication with SaaS vendors monitor announced updates or breaking changes and identify necessary downstream modifications to internal systems.
- Design implement and support application integrations ensuring data integrity reliability and alignment with enterprise architecture.
- Develop refine and maintain resiliency strategies including monitoring configurations alerting workflows backup processes and failover plans.
- Coordinate SaaS contract renewals confirming business intent completing renewal requirements and facilitating communication with sourcing/procurement through execution.
- Support Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation and maintenance collaborating with identity management teams to ensure secure and seamless authentication experiences.
- Document solution architecture data flows integration points and configuration updates contributing to long-term knowledge retention and audit-readiness.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements address pain points and translate functional needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Monitor system performance and usage trends identifying opportunities to improve reliability efficiency or user experience.
- Drive continuous improvement by recommending process changes automation opportunities and best practices in solution support and lifecycle management.
- Participate in meetings demos and presentations effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical teams and business leadership.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a corporate environment
- Strong IT background with the ability to quickly understand the relationships among systems data flows and integration points.
- Experience mediating across different IT teams leveraging knowledge of organizational roles problem ownership and escalation pathways.
- Demonstrated ability to design implement and support integrations for SaaS solutions across multiple enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and critical thinking skills; able to isolate defects to the correct technical team or integration layer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present complex technical concepts in clear concise language for leadership and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint) and diagramming tools such as Lucidchart Visio or similar.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while proactively driving tasks to completion.
- Selfmotivated with a commitment to continuous learning staying current with new tools technologies and best practices in integration and cloud solutions.
