Were seeking an Ofsted Registered Manager to launch and lead a small but impactful new home for children ages 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This isnt just any job its a chance to create a home where young people can find support stability and a space to thrive.
About the Role:
In this special role youll oversee every aspect of creating and running a home filled with care guidance and love. Your mission will be to bring structure joy and safety to these young lives. Youll be responsible for setting up the home leading our registration with Ofsted and establishing an environment that feels like family. Were looking for someone whos not only experienced but also driven by compassion and integrity.
