Job Summary
HRSI is looking for Call center Associate/Agents for one of its leading client.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate seller product listings as per platform guidelines
Identify policy violations accurately
Conduct independent research to validate listing details
Ensure quality and consistency by following internal SOPs
Requirements:
O Levels / A Levels or Fresh Graduates
English proficiency at B1 or B2 level
Strong product and brand knowledge
High attention to detail with good decision-making skills
Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
