Their operations in Portugal employ over 300 professionals supporting projects services and facility management from multiple service hubs nationwide.

The Role

Were looking for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate a global portfolio of strategic projects that drive operational excellence and transformation across a multinational organization.

As a key member of a global CI network youll collaborate with method specialists and cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver measurable business impact through process excellence innovation and continuous improvement practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Continuous Improvement (CI) and strategic development initiatives across the companys global locations;
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure the proper implementation of CI tools and methodologies (such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile);
  • Identify prioritize and drive improvement opportunities from concept to implementation;
  • Partner with international teams to share best practices and strengthen a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Monitor project milestones and communicate progress and outcomes to the respective area leaders;
  • Travel regularly to company hubs and facilities to engage with teams and ensure alignment.

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Engineering or a related discipline (Masters degree is an advantage);
  • Proven experience leading CI Lean or Six Sigma programs within an international or multicultural environment;
  • Excellent leadership facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is highly valued;
  • Fluent English (additional languages are considered a plus);
  • Willingness to travel regularly across sites and hubs.

Practical Details

  • Location: Portugal (Porto preferred).
  • Schedule: Between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
  • Start date: As soon as possible.
  • Travel: Regular international travel required.
