Job Summary
Location: Remote in Braga Portugal
Contract: 6 months renewable
Salary: 1100 base (14 payments/year) 80 monthly bonus allowances
Schedule: Rotational shifts (24/7 coverage) 2 days off per week

Join a dynamic international team supporting customers of a global automotive brand. As the friendly voice (and chat) behind a great customer experience youll help drivers get back on the road quickly and happily.
What youll do
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone chat and email.
- Assist clients with questions product details and troubleshooting.
- Record accurate and up-to-date information in internal CRM tools.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with every interaction.
- Ensure satisfaction loyalty and retention through quality service.
- Meet performance targets in service quality and efficiency.
- Share feedback and contribute to process improvements.

- Fluent in French (C1) and English (B2 minimum).
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles.

- Base salary: 1100 (14 payments per year)
- Complexity bonus: 80/month
