Operations Intern South Korea

Location: Work From Home (Remote South Korea only)
Stipend: 174000 KRW per month
Language Requirement: Korean (native proficiency)

About the Role

SummitNext is hiring Operations Interns in South Korea to support AI research and data collection projects. You will manage onboarding database operations marketing outreach and audio data collection.

Key Responsibilities

Participant Onboarding & Coordination

Handle end-to-end onboarding
Explain project details in Korean
Ensure accurate data submission
Follow up regularly with participants

Database & Data Annotation Management

Maintain structured participant data
Manage data annotation workflows
Perform quality checks
Update records in real-time

Marketing & Outreach

Promote projects using:
- University communities
- KakaoTalk groups
- Social media platforms
Drive participant recruitment
Monitor campaign performance

Audio Data Collection

Coordinate audio recording tasks
Ensure compliance with guidelines
Validate submissions

Eligibility

Currently pursuing college OR recently graduated
Must be based in South Korea
Fluent in Korean
Strong networking ability
Self-motivated and organized
Basic system knowledge
