The Presidential Fellow oversees curriculum reform projects including active learning methods new program design involving the academic core and a cross-disciplinary effort (single and combined) among different schools at the University. The incumbent reviews and appraises the Universitys current curricular backbone portfolio and pre-existing academic identity. Moreover the incumbent detects and sorts the pioneering value-added programs and courses offered to current and prospective undergraduate and graduate students.

CORE JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Introduces academic and educational factors variables and indicators with which to measure and build up the Universitys new programs.
2. Offers innovative content unconventional perspectives use of foreign languages internships mentoring and counselling civic engagement practices and social consciousness project based-learning regional diversity and international exposure of students while developing an easy-to-test curricular approach to knowledge and practice.
3. Bolsters multidisciplinary scholarly within a collaborative faculty-student-staff environment drawing up a transnational and transcontinental map of references that will inspire with other pioneering universities whose spirit concerns commitment and passion around higher education are aligned with those same values mission and academic strategy upheld by the University.
4. Analyzes trends through secondary sources benchmarking of offerings program connections/links with the industries face-to-face/blended formats plus teaching and learning methods skills and competences to be developed length of programs; price ranges; and socio-economic-demographic and academic background segmentation of life-long learners.
5. Measures satisfaction incentives and returns (relocation promotions earnings etc.).
6. Explores non-mainstream education agents or learning providers: independent academies corporate universities professional associations pure online platforms publishing houses museums foundations independent consultants State agencies - through public subsidized courses - as well as certain universities - through their specific executive education and continuing education units or professional studies division.
7. Underlines reskilling abilities both hard and soft that are most demanded in the current and evolving labor market particularly in key industries that rely on technological or human-machine learning as well as those rooted in any other kind of disruptions that might impact the workforces stability.
8. Focuses on the Universitys Alumni Network -as primary sources- to help identify employers training needs in a wide variety of industries and fields.
9. Finds out the training capacity and plans of HR directors headhunters mid-career managers and senior executives at different institutions.
10. Detects companies who outsource university Continuing Education programs instead of providing in-house training.
11. Ensures internal control oversight and compliance with laws and regulations safeguarding of assets compliance with University policies and procedures reliability of internal and external reporting and efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Creates an effective control environment conducts risk assessment implements and monitors controls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


Education:
Masters degree in relevant field required

Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
