An HR Executive Recruitment & Learning & Development is responsible for delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience by supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and coordinating learning and development initiatives. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring needs ensure compliance and support the continuous development of team members in line with company standards and local labor law.
As an HR Executive Recruitment & Learning & Development you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Respond to all applicant inquiries in a professional and courteous manner ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with brand standards
Direct applicants to the online application system and guide them through the recruitment process when required
Coordinate interviews assessments and selection activities ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and Hiring Managers
Work closely with Department Heads and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines
Liaise with external recruitment agencies when required to support hiring efforts
Assist in recruitment fairs career events and employer branding initiatives
Collaborate with local organizations schools and institutions to promote careers in hospitality
Ensure all pre-employment checks reference verifications and recruitment documentation are completed in compliance with company policy and local labor law
Support onboarding by preparing offer letters employment contracts and joining documentation
Guide Departmental Coordinators and Hiring Managers on the use of the HR system for timely and accurate recruitment paperwork
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate pipelines in the HR database
Produce ad hoc recruitment and manpower reports as required
Support the coordination and administration of learning and development programs including internal and external training sessions
Maintain accurate training records attendance sheets and learning documentation
Assist with the rollout of mandatory trainings brand standards training and compliance-related learning initiatives
Coordinate with Department Heads and Trainers to ensure training plans are executed as scheduled
Support talent development initiatives including cross-training and succession planning activities
Ensure recruitment and training activities comply with hotel policies brand standards and local labor regulations
Comply with hotel security fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

Knowledge of labor law recruitment compliance and pre-employment requirements
Familiarity with employer branding recruitment marketing and campus or career fair activities
Experience coordinating recruitment drives career fairs or recruitment trips
