Duties:

Youll carry out a variety of general labouring and site support tasks across different project types no two days are the same!

Key duties include:

• Assisting trades and site teams with materials setup and clean-up
• Operating plant and equipment safely and efficiently
• Traffic management forklift and telehandler operation (ticketed personnel only)
• Spotting for machinery and assisting with lifts and deliveries
• Site housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment

Youll also:

• Follow all site safety and environmental procedures
• Work effectively in a team and adapt to changing site environments
• Take pride in producing high-quality work every day

What Were Looking For:

• Experienced Skilled Labourers
• Tickets ideal but not essential:
• Forklift
• Telehandler
• Traffic Control (Implement and/or StopSlow)
• Construction White Card (essential)
• Valid drivers licence and reliable transport
• Safety-focused and team-oriented attitude
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• Motivated with a strong work ethic and professionalism

• PPE Allowance: $500 per financial year (reimbursed with receipts for standard PPE)

• Birthday Leave: 1 paid day off in addition to 4 weeks annual leave and 10 days sick leave
• Banked Hours: Any hours worked beyond 38 in a week may be banked or paid out later
• Paid Travel Time: For work on sites more than 40km from your base McNab office (Broadbeach)
