Your Role:

Be the first point of contact answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
Keep workflows efficient and organised
Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need

What Youll Bring:

A caring empathetic communication style
Advanced computer and keyboarding skills
Great problem-solving and time management abilities
A positive proactive attitude
Experience in customer service is a plus!
