Our Client is seeking a Geography ECT to join a successful Humanities team in Cambridge from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT to develop confident classroom practice while teaching KS3 and KS4 Geography within a highly organised and supportive department.

School Information

This 1118 school educates around 1300 pupils and is widely recognised for its strong academic outcomes clear behaviour systems and structured curriculum delivery. The Geography department benefits from specialist classrooms digital mapping tools and an established approach to fieldwork and enquiry-based learning.

ECTs are supported through weekly mentoring protected non-contact time collaborative planning and regular feedback opportunities. Staff describe the culture as inclusive aspirational and development-focused with leadership that prioritises wellbeing and manageable workloads.
