Global Key Account Manager Deuterium-Labelled Materials (m/w/d) 100%
Location: Rüti Switzerland
Position
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Global Key Account Manager to join Zeochem this strategic role you will be responsible for leading and developing our global distribution network and managing key strategic partnerships within the deuterium-labeled reagent business (ZEOtope).
You will act as the central commercial interface for our official ZEOtope distributors and key accounts worldwide ensuring consistent execution of global sales strategies optimal market penetration and sustainable growth of long-term partnerships. This role has high visibility and impact across the organization and plays a critical part in shaping the global success of the ZEOtope product line.
Tasks
- Define develop and execute the global commercial strategy for the ZEOtope product portfolio
- Lead and manage the global distribution partner network ensuring performance alignment and continuous development
- Ensure consistent implementation of global sales strategies pricing concepts and commercial objectives across all regions
- Build maintain and deepen strategic relationships with key accounts and partners at all organizational levels
- Lead high-level commercial negotiations and support long-term business development initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Customer Service Finance Planning and Production to ensure seamless execution
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify growth opportunities
- Promote a customer-centric mindset with a strong focus on service excellence trust and partnership growth
Qualification
- Degree in Chemistry or a comparable scientific qualification
- Additional education or training in Sales or Marketing is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the chemical or life sciences industry
- Proven track record in chemical sales ideally within a distributor-based or international sales model
- Solid understanding of NMR spectroscopy and its applications
- Demonstrated experience managing international or national distributor networks
- Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic analytical and structured working style with excellent organizational abilities
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally as required
