Tech Lead Inoopa | Part-time (3 daysweek) | Freelance

Inoopa is a B2B lead generation company that helps businesses discover and connect with their ideal prospects. Our SaaS platform leverages advanced data technology and semantic search to deliver high-quality leads empowering companies to grow their sales pipelines efficiently.

Tasks

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Lead to join our team on a freelance basis working 3 days per week. You will be responsible for the technical vision development and maintenance of our platform while also serving as a key liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.

Your focus will be to make our SasS platform scale and will :

Develop and maintain our existing SaaS platform that delivers leads to B2B companies

Oversee and maintain IT infrastructure ensuring reliability scalability and security

Manage customer relationships and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality across the platform Stay current with emerging technologies particularly in AI and semantic search

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing a SaaS product.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript/Typescript.

Solid understanding of Docker

Experience with Stripe or similar.

Experience in customer-facing roles translating business needs into technical solutions.

Fluent in English plus proficiency in French or Dutch.

Freelance status (self-employed contractor) / Entrepreuneurial mindset

Experience with cloud platforms (GCP AWS or Azure).

Working knowledge of Kubernetes and Terraform fundamentals.

Nice to Have

Knowledge of AI machine learning and semantic search technologies

Experience with data scraping and pipeline orchestration

Background in B2B SaaS or lead generation platforms
