Tasks

Your impact

  • Own prospecting and pipeline end-to-end from ICP to handover
  • Build repeatable inbound and outbound motions from scratch
  • Turn customer pain points into clear value props and use cases
  • Work closely with founders Growth & Sales and keep CRM data clean
  • Create and iterate GTM assets: outreach copy scripts one-pagers decks

Requirements

  • High ownership you build from zero and execute reliably
  • Clear communicator with excellent German and solid English
  • Customer-focused you enjoy conversations follow-ups and trust-building
  • Analytical mindset you think in funnels numbers and processes
  • Resilient fast-moving and comfortable with high standards
  • Bonus exposure to B2B SaaS Sales/Growth CRMs or curiosity for AI and industrial markets
