HOPE HEALTH HEALING

Seeking caring behavioral health and trauma-informed individuals to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Desert Cove Health Center in Phoenix AZ.

Full-Time Employed: 40 hours/week M-F daytime positions!

Qualifications

GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience or
An associatesdegree in the field of medical or behavioral or
A bachelors degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience or
A bachelors degree in the field of behavioral or
A masters degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
Computer Skills: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook electronic medical record NextGen preferred
Valid AZ Driver have valid Arizona drivers license be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Healths driving policy
Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with co-workers members families and other community members
Good communication skills evidenced by a non-judgmental approach effective listening and positive interactions
Basic understanding of the DSM-V preferred
Must pass typing test with a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
Certified Case Manager strongly preferred
Must pass background check TB test and other pre-employment screening.
