Job Summary
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a Full-time Evening shift for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our teamat JacksonvilleCorrectional Center in Jacksonville Illinois.
Day shift is 2 8-hour shifts and 2 12-hour shifts. 8 hour shifts are 6am - 2pm. 12 hour shifts are 6am - 6pm. They work every third weekend 6am - 6pm.
Hourly Rate of $35.00
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
