Job Summary
About the Role:
- The Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (RN/LPN) will be responsible for the healthcare of female and/or male clients suffering from addictions and behavioral health issues.
- Under the immediate supervision of the Director of Nursing the LPN will perform comprehensive physical health assessments on all intakes and formulate a plan of care that includes physician orders medications education and treatments.

Job Qualifications:
- Valid LPN or RN completed from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Prior experience as an LPN or RN preferably with hospital and behavioral health experience
- Certified BLS provider obtained within 1 month prior to hire.
- Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Professional appearance aptitude and attitude
- Impeccable ethics integrity and customer relations skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR.
- Knowledge of best practices behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies
- Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele
