We have a long track record of promoting within with the majority of our managers working their way into their positions. Former line cooks hostesses bartenders and servers now run their own kitchens and restaurants as Sous Chefs Executive Chefs and Managers.

What were looking for in a Bartender:

1-3 years of experience making craft cocktails
Upbeat positive attitude
Attention to detail
Cleanliness and organization is important to you
Team player
Excellent communication

Physical Requirements of a Bartender

Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
