Position Summary


At our company we believe people are the most valuable longterm investment we can make. The People Engagement Partner plays a critical role in keeping that investment strongfueling engagement strengthening retention and making sure employees feel connected supported and excited about where were headed. Think of this role as part strategist part culture architect and part champion for a workplace where people actually love to come to work.

Responsibilities

  • Take the pulse of the organization - Youll run employee surveys and turn the results into actionable engagement strategiesnot just charts but real plans that lift morale and performance.
  • Build engagement programs that move the needle - From pitching new ideas to allocating budgets to measuring resultsyoull lead initiatives that make work better smarter and more human.
  • Own and evolve the onboarding experience - Youll own and continually sharpen our onboarding program keeping it fresh relevant and reflective of what great companies are doing (and what our people need).
  • Keep our benefits and wellness offerings competitive - Working with vendors youll help ensure our benefits stay modern and meaningful. Youll also design wellness programming and oversee existing programsincluding reimbursement perks that help employees stay balanced.
  • Strengthen internship and mentorship opportunities - Youll help shape programs that create real learning real connections and real talent pipelines.
  • Tell our story from the inside out - Youll work with internal communications to share internal messages that align employees with our mission values and goals.
  • Support diversity equity and inclusion initiatives - Youll collaborate on efforts that support an inclusive employee experience.
  • Bring our culture to life - Youll plan teambuilding events celebrations and those moments that make working here feel like more than just a job.
  • Jump in where needed - And like any great teammate youre flexible and ready to support new challenges as they come.


Qualifications
  • A Bachelors degree in Psychology HR or related fieldor equivalent experience that shows youre ready for the work.
  • Five or more years of HR experience with meaningful time spent on engagement-driven work.
  • A service-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering a top-tier employee experience.
  • Tech curiosityyoure quick to learn a new HRIS and excited about better tools and smarter processes.
  • The ability and experience to make complex benefits concepts accessible and easy to understand.
  • Strong communication skills and a clear respect for confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational instinctsyou juggle a lot and still catch the details.
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and other digital tools to optimize workflow.
  • The ability to build trust rapport and strong working relationships across the company.
