Deputy Commercial Manager
Job Summary
-Manage pricing discounts trade terms and promotions.
-Track customer performance profitability and margin impact.
-Review and approve trade spends and ensure compliance with policies.
-Lead monthly forecasting commercial review and sales performance analytics.
-Validate claims deductions and ensure timely settlement.
-Manage standard costing BOM routings and cost roll updates.
-Monitor COGS variances waste and yield performance.
-Partner with the plant team to deliver productivity and cost-saving projects.
-Oversee inventory verification & valuation aging provisions and write-offs prevention.
-Ensure a strong control environment across sales and manufacturing processes.
-Lead month-end closing activities for commercial sales finance and plant finance.
-Coordinate with internal/external auditors to ensure compliance.
-Develop dashboards covering sales performance trade spending COGS productivity and financial KPIs.
-Provide insights to management for decision-making across commercial levers.
Requirements
-12 15 years of experience in Commercial Finance Sales Finance or Manufacturing Finance
-FMCG or cosmetics experience is a must.
-Strong knowledge of SAP (SD/MM/PP/CO) and advanced Excel/Power BI.
-Strong analytical skills attention to detail and financial discipline.
-Figures Orientation & Analytical Skills.
