Position Summary
Your role as aSupervisoris to manage a group of Technicians and act as a liaison betweenmanagementsandfield personnel bycommunicatingobjectivesproviding support managing tasksand deliveringand receiving role willreportto the Field Operations Manager.
Primary Responsibilities
Monitor production and quality reporting of all Survey Technicians reporting to the Supervisor and work with Survey Technicians to improve any production or qualityissues
Receive and respond to first line of technical support issues for Survey Technicians in the group and escalate to Field Operations Manager and/or Project Manager asneeded
First pass QA/QC maps as they are turned in by Survey Technicians in thegroup
Track and manage distribution and collection of plat maps via MobileFrame and othertools
Manage new leaks that arise from thegroup
Utilize web maps tofacilitatecorrections asneeded
Utilize FTP for accessing and uploading files asnecessary
Proactively report any issuesobservedwith Survey Technicians to the Field Operations Manager and Project Manager
Manage inventory of equipment used by Survey Technicians in the group including cones signage logo magnets first aid kit dog repellent spray batteries highlighters andmore
Ensure all safety requirements policies and procedures are followed and enforced asnecessary
Initiate writtendiscipline
Qualifications
Job Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of gas leak survey experience
Valid Drivers License witha good drivingrecord
Ability to pass a thorough background check and pre-employment drug screenrequiredas a condition ofemployment
Strong communicationand organizational ability
Must be able and willing to walk 5 miles or more per day on various terrain and various weather conditions carrying a minimum of 25pounds
Ability to lead motivate and provide direction to geographically dispersedteam
Ability to prioritize and organize a variety oftasks
Proficient in using current technology such as smartphones tablets and Microsoft Office
Ability to effectively communicate with Hydromax USA employees clients and the public in an articulate professionalmanner
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to be highlyorganized
High attention to detail
Ability to interpret a variety of instructionsfurnishedin written oral diagram or scheduleform
Pay:$ 29.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on experience
