Purpose:
- Develop and implement a business strategy for Immunology with both short term and long-term business objectives
- Oversee and lead all marketing and sales plans to achieve the business objectives within policies and guidelines as well as business unit budget
- Deliver the agreed forecast budget and business plan top and bottom-line metrics full P&L responsibility for the business division
- Inspire and lead the commercial team to deliver outcomes and maximize their potential
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement a strategy for the Immunology division to ensure achievement of commercial objectives in line with overall JJIM China strategy
- Maximize business unit performance and productivity from insight generation to strategy development
- Identify future growth opportunities and build organizational capability
- Allocate resources appropriately to achieve growth goals through business and process excellence
- Provide leadership and direction to the team driving a shared vision for the business unit
- Develops coaches and engages talent and builds strong succession in their teams for future leaders
- Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency encouraging an environment of continuous improvement
- Maintain effective external networks and relationships to stay informed on changing patient and customer needs competitor information and market developments to ensure the business remains competitive and new opportunities are identified
- Actively drive collaboration across Innovative Medicine leveraging new capabilities for the business unit
- Develop and implement short and long-range sales and marketing plans
- Drive a talent focus within the business unit attracting developing and retaining talent
- Lead JJIM China wide initiatives as an active member of China Leadership Team
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Strong strategic thinking able to frame strategy based on strong business insights meanwhile articulate the strategy to AP/Global leaders and ensure strategy implementation.
- Strong people followship able to coach the BUL under him/her build trust with mid-level leaders in the organization.
- Strong enterprise leadership that can mobilize cross-function resources to deliver.
- Strong systematic thinking and ability to drive excellence in execution hold team accountable.
- Strong business insights and able to make decision under ambiguity.
