- 7a 3p 3p 11p or 11p 7a
- Full-time (30 hours) and Part time (20 hours) Baylor position also available.
- Starting base pay (no experience) $38per hour. Additional pay includes:
- 2nd shift differential: $3.00/hour
- 3rd shift differential: $2.00/hour
- Weekend differentials for all shifts: $4.00/hour
- Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour

Position Summary
As an RN at Trinity Oaks Health & Rehab you will play a crucial role in providing care to residents under the supervision of their attending physicians and the Director of Nursing Services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering and documenting medication and treatments accurately.
- Maintaining the security of drug rooms and ensuring proper storage.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in residents conditions.
- Carrying out various nursing procedures including catheter care dressing changes and administering respiratory treatments.
- Supervising the nursing team and fostering a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited RN program or college.
- Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
- CPR certification or willingness to complete it.
- Preferred: 2 years of experience as an RN but not required.
Work Environment
- Physical exertion involving pushing pulling or lifting up to 35 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged standing or walking with occasional bending and reaching.
- Assisting in repositioning and transferring residents while following safe lifting procedures.
