DescriptionResponsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients clinics and healthcare providers regarding product ordersservice issues and account inquiries.
Educate patients and customers on medical products usage guidelines and delivery timelines.
Support the sales team with order processing tracking and follow-up communication.
Manage inbound and outbound calls emails and messages with professionalism and urgency.
Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM or EMR systems.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales logistics billing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor open orders backorders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment.
QualificationsSkills & Abilities
Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required
Experience in handling inquiries across multiple channels including phone calls live chats and emails
Work Experience Requirements
2 year of customer service or dispatching experience

Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
Moderate noise (i.e. phone calls online meetings computer audio)
