We are looking for a member of a world-class regulatory team focused on regulatory excellence to support and manage supplemental registrations for Arxada and affiliated organizations. This team member will be ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while delivering a seamless and supportive experience to our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of US EPA regulations Arxada registrations and offering understanding of regulatory frameworks attention to detail with strong organization skills and a passion for delivering first-class service.

Essential Job Functions:

This individual will focus on the following areas:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements policies and procedures for product area(s).

• Primary point of contact for customer supplemental registrations

• Prepare submit and monitor applications for supplemental registrations label updates with regulatory authorities.

• Ensure customer/3d party agreements/ documentation meets internal (Arxada Quality Management System) and external compliance standards.

• Liaise with regulatory agencies business stakeholders and customers to ensure timely approvals and resolve issues.

• Support internal and regulatory agency audits

• Clearly communicates in a timely manner

• Ensure all client interactions are professional and empathetic.

• Execute process improvement

• Familiarity with CRM/Salesforce or registration tracking software a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.

The expected salary range for this role is 83.000$ - 97.000$ but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience education training licensure certification location and other job-related non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan medical dental vision life and disability insurance paid time off paid holidays and paid sick leave.
