Leif Johnson Automotive has served Central Texas for nearly 60 years and our Manor store is expanding its sales team. Were looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who can turn curiosity into closed deals while delivering the transparent friendly experience our family-owned group is known for.

What youll do
Welcome every guest uncover their needs and guide them to the right vehicle and financing
Use CRM video walk-arounds and digital retail tools to follow up set appointments and keep deals moving
Meet (and beat) weekly and monthly volume goals without sacrificing customer satisfaction
Stay current on Ford models incentives and competitors to present confident data-driven recommendations
Build lasting relationships through calls texts social outreach and flawless in-store hand-offs

Qualifications

What you bring
Success in automotive or high-ticket salesor a track record of quick learning and results in another field
Clear persuasive communication and strong negotiation chops
Comfort with tech: CRM online retail platforms and video-based engagement
Self-starter focus plus a team-first mindset
Valid Texas drivers license and clean record
