Description

Position Purpose: Beeline is seeking a high-performing entrepreneurialEnterprise Account Executiveto drive net-new business across the West Coast territory. This region includes some of the most innovative and complex organizations in the world especially within technology life sciences and financial services. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry experience incontingent workforce management vendor management systems (VMS) or human capital technology and have astrong track record of independently managing longer sales cycles closing complex enterprise deals and navigating technical buyer environments. This position will report to the SVP Sales - North America.

Who You Are

You are an accomplished sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced solution-oriented environment. You understand the extended workforce landscape and can confidently engage with senior procurement HR and IT leaders. Youre self-directed collaborative and capable of operating autonomously while engaging cross-functional support teams to win. You are just as comfortable discussing rate card optimization as you are diving into integrations compliance and analytics.

This is a remote opportunity compensation range up to $150 000 base salary with a structured commission.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow pipeline in the assigned territory by driving new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge to consultatively assess prospects contingent workforce challenges and position Beeline as the optimal solution.
  • Deliver tailored platform demonstrations including advanced analytics SOW management and services procurement capabilities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead development through RFP technical evaluation legal negotiation and contracting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing Legal Solution Engineers Client Services and Product to drive value for prospects.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic account planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of enterprise SaaS or services sales experiencein VMS contingent workforce human capital management or a closely related space.
  • Demonstrated success selling complex solutions toprocurement HR and IT stakeholderswithin Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Proven ability to navigatelong multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cyclesindependently.
  • Strong understanding of technology platforms and the ability to speak credibly to technical audiencesincluding APIs integrations analytics and data security.
  • Experience engaging with clients in high-tech finance or healthcare verticals is preferred.
  • Excellent presentation communication and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability and desire to drive change through high-energy can-do attitude comfortable working in a high-performance entrepreneurial open-door environment
  • Must be an outstanding communicator and team player who demonstrates attention to detail and who also understands how to ensure finance initiatives that support the long-term strategy of the business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
