The USC Family Caregiver Support Center/LACRC provides a full range of clinical services to include assessment of family caregivers to older adults with multiple medical impairments or cognitive impairments including case management short-term treatment referral crisis intervention and psycho-educational training. Our program is rapidly growing and we need a superstar to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time salaried position that will require substantial commitment and flexibility. The work schedule varies from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with some evening and weekend work as needed. The office location will be off University Park Campus with the possibility of a hybrid remote work schedule.
This Quality Assurance Specialist will assist the Associate Director of Clinical & Outreach Administration with audit functions for the center to ensure operations are in compliance with regulations policies and procedures.
The Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct routine audits to ensure client cases are meeting contract compliance. The Specialist with ensure our team meets contract goals and our Centers mission for family caregiver support and services.

This position is funded by a research grant. Accordingly this position is contingent upon receipt of the necessary funding from this or any subsequent grant to continue employment.
The hourly compensation range for this position is $37.00$41.15. This position may require a schedule of either 37.5 or 40 hours per week based on operational needs.
