A Day in the Life of a Rehab Aide
Rehab Aides play a crucial role in preparing patients and therapy equipment for treatments ensuring that each session runs smoothly under the guidance of a Physical Therapist. They are responsible for executing specific therapy modalities and procedures accurately documenting patient progress and treatment specifics while also handling daily billing responsibilities. Their daily tasks require vigilant monitoring of patient responses and adapting treatments as necessary promptly communicating any significant changes to the supervising therapist. Rehab Aides work in a dynamic environment where they must utilize their organizational skills and exercise flexibility and creativity in problem-solving especially in stressful or emergency situations. This role demands close collaboration with therapists and healthcare staff to provide personalized and effective care to patients.

- American Heart Association BLS Certification within 30 days of hire

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
