Job Summary
Type of contract: B2B contract
Salary range: 125 - 163 pln/h
What will you do
You will join a global initiative focused on building an AI-powered tool used by teams across the bank worldwide. The platform leverages modern technologies including large language models (LLMs) to streamline everyday work automate repetitive tasks and support better decision-making.
The project combines strong engineering practices with real business impact delivering tools that improve efficiency consistency and collaboration at scale. It is a long-term strategic programme developed by international teams and used by thousands of internal users.
Your tasks
- Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python (Pandas Scikit-learn TensorFlow)
- Build data pipelines and automate workflows
- Implement model monitoring versioning and CI/CD for ML
- Work with AWS and cloud-based ML solutions
- Analyze and visualize data for actionable insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models
Your skills
- Strong experience in Python and relevant ML libraries including Pandas Scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
- Proven ability to develop train and deploy machine learning models.
- Experience in building data pipelines and automating workflows.
- Knowledge of model monitoring versioning and CI/CD practices for ML projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ML solutions preferably AWS.
- Strong skills in data analysis and visualization to extract actionable insights.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering teams to productionize ML models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
