Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Indiana State Prisonlocated in Michigan City Indiana.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
Corrections experience not required
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check

Available Shifts:

FT Days 7am-7:30pm three shifts per week every other weekend
FT Nights 7pm-7:30am three shifts per week every other weekend
