Key Responsibilities
Clinical Duties (LPN/MA Hybrid)
- Room patients take vitals update medical history
- Assist provider during evaluations and procedures
- Perform spirometry FeNO and breathing tests
- Conduct allergy prick and intradermal testing
- Administer allergy injections per approved protocols
- Monitor patients post-injection for reactions
- Prepare clean and sterilize clinical equipment
- Educate patients at visits and by phone
- Call in prescriptions as directed
- Maintain emergency equipment and readiness
Clinical Manager / Lead Duties
- Oversee daily clinical workflow and room utilization
- Provide mentorship training and guidance to MAs
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety guidelines
- Maintain inventory of clinical supplies medications and emergency equipment
- Assist in developing and improving clinic processes
- Coordinate with management and corporate departments when needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical concerns and operational issues

QualificationsRequirements
- Current LPN licensure (required)
- 23 years of clinical experience preferred(allergy/immunology experience a plus)
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Comfortable mentoring and guiding medical assistants
- Excellent communication and patient-service skills
- Proficient with EMR and general computer applications
- Dependable self-directed and professional in all interactions
