Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Principal Software Engineer you will create or enhance complex applications identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to meet end-user needs and business goals.
Every day you will work on multiple high-complexity solutions troubleshooting and resolving intricate software problems. Youll provide technical guidance to engineering teams oversee their project contributions act as a subject matter expert and mentor all software engineers.
To be successful you will demonstrate exceptional software design and coding expertise strong problem-solving skills and proven leadership in technically guiding and mentoring teams. Excellent communication for conveying complex technical concepts and a commitment to innovation are essential.
- Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities.
- Assist in maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications.
- Participate in design reviews and recommend improvements.
- Provide support in all phases of SDLC and ensure to deliver high-quality products.
- Provide trainings and mentor other Engineers when required.
- Analyze and troubleshoot application issues in a timely fashion.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Of Science Computer Science Computer Engineer or related technical discipline or equivalent software development experience upon hire and
- 7 years of job-related experience and
- 8 years of experience as senior software engineer and
- Experience in development of distributed/scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
Preferred
- Masters Other upon hire
