Job Summary
- Provide support to end users and the operations teams
- Manage asset inventory and service contracts
- Ensure the availability of critical IT infrastructures
- Oversee IT Network Servers Cloud Services and Cybersecurity of operation sites
- Participate in projects related to Network Cybersecurity Cloud and Digital Transformation
- Follow professional IT management practice and compliance
Qualifications :
- Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or other relevant IT certifications.
- Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in user devices and network support.
- Hands-on experience with TCP/IP networking Windows AD and VMware
- Able to communicate in written and spoken English and Chinese
Additional Information :
Requirements:
- Experience in Google Workspace is an advantage
