[MAG] Magician

A magician is a live entertainer who performs illusions and tricks to amaze audiences using sleight of hand props and showmanship to make the impossible seem real.

Core responsibilities

• Create and perform magic routines tailored to different venues and audiences from small private events to large stage shows.

• Develop rehearse and refine tricks and full acts combining storytelling humor and audience participation to keep performances engaging.

• Adapt the style and difficulty of illusions (close-up stage childrens shows corporate events) depending on space age group and event type.

Performance and preparation

• Maintain and manage props costumes and technical equipment ensuring everything is safe functional and performance-ready.

• Collaborate with event organizers venues and sometimes other performers to plan timing lighting music and staging.

• Interact with audiences before during and after shows handling unexpected situations smoothly while preserving the sense of mystery.

Qualifications :

Skills and performance style

• Use skills such as juggling basic acrobatics mime or simple stunts to add variety and surprise to routines on the circus floor or in the ring.

• Maintain costumes props and makeup ensuring they are safe functional and visually striking for performances under bright circus lights.

• Work closely with other clowns and performers to time entrances exits and jokes so the overall circus atmosphere stays fun energetic and cohesive.
