Are you looking for part-time employment opportunitiesAre you a people person with a passion for sales and customer service If so join our team as the Leasing Consultant at our Park Oaksapartment community on Lake Avenue in Metairie LA and help prospective residents find their perfect home!
What Youll Do:
- Greet and engage with prospective residents providing tours of available units and amenities
- Respond to inquiries via phone email and in person
- Guide applicants through the leasing process from application to move-in
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a part-time scheduleup to 28 hours per week
- Proficiency in property management software AppFolio or willingness to learn
- A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
